Architecture

Multi-tenant from the ground up

Every tenant has its own database — separating data is not a configuration setting, it is architecture. On top of that sit roles, permissions and authentication, an event bus for communication between modules, and a task scheduler for background work.

Apps on the device

Offline-capable, because your device is not sitting in the office

Native apps for iOS, Android and Windows that keep working without a network connection and synchronise later. Distribution via App Store, Google Play and Microsoft Store.

Reporting

Reports your customer can change without you

The Report Manager generates PDFs from structured data. Layouts are maintained in a WYSIWYG editor, not in code — changing a report layout does not need a release.

On-Premises

In your customer's data centre. Full control over data and operation.

Hosted

With a provider of your choice. You determine the location and the contracting party.

CEPHORIA Cloud

Operated by us. The fastest route into production.

Moving between the models is intended, not ruled out. In all three cases deployment runs through the same CI/CD pipeline with Docker.

Guardrails

AI belongs in the product. Control stays with you.

We consider AI features a matter of course in a product being built today. We do not consider it a matter of course that their results are adopted unchecked.

On CEPHORIA, data stays within your customer's tenant boundary, results are traceable, and you decide what gets validated. These guardrails are part of the platform because we needed them for our own products.
